Chris has over 30 years’ experience in hotel real estate, private equity, acquisitions, asset management and capital markets. Having held senior positions at J.P. Morgan and London & Regional Properties, he led major investment, financing and development projects across Europe before founding Align Partners in 2009.
Operations Director
David is a highly respected hospitality executive with 30 years of operational leadership across luxury hotels and resorts. His experience with Hilton, Marriott and leading golf resorts ensures Align’s operational strategies consistently improve performance and profitability.
Analysis & Structuring
Angus specialises in financial analysis, investment underwriting and capital structuring. Before joining Align, he worked at Eastdil Secured and Brockton Everlast, underwriting over £3 billion of real estate acquisitions and financings across Europe.
HR & Development Design Director
Lisa combines extensive HR leadership with project design and refurbishment delivery. With over 30 years’ experience, she oversees team strategy while coordinating hotel design, procurement and CapEx implementation across Align’s projects.
Property & Construction Management Director
Richard brings over 40 years’ experience delivering hotel refurbishment and construction projects. His background spans contractor, client-side and procurement leadership, giving Align a practical understanding of project delivery from concept through completion.
Development & Design
Francesca supports Align’s hotel repositioning through concept design, interior visualisation, CapEx planning and presentation material. With a background in architecture and experience across leading London practices, she helps communicate development strategies.
